We provide a visual proof of your main design before production. At the moment, we don’t generate separate previews for each custom name or number.

We recommend keeping text designs to12 characters per line. Our system will warn you if your text might be too small to look good.

The ideal artwork is a vector file or a high-resolution image set to print size — but don’t worry if you don’t have that. Our design team will work with what you send and can even redraw your artwork for free.

Yes — we can individually bag your garments in clear plastic bags for£0.41+VAT per item. If you prefer not to, we’ll fold them neatly into a protective box for free.

Yes — we can remove the original label and replace it with your own printed or woven label. For woven labels, you can supply labels or we can create them if you order 100+.

Printed labels have no minimum order quantity.

For printed garments, wash at30°C, avoid tumble drying, and don’t iron directly on printed items. Embroidered garments are more durable and can be tumble dried and gently ironed.

Our prints are built to last over50 washes, and embroidery should last the lifetime of the garment. If something goes wrong, we’ll fix it for free.
